Where can I see my order status?
Open My orders from your profile or choose Track Order in the footer. Sign in with the account used to place the order. The page shows the current payment status and links to each order’s details.
How do I use a coupon?
Open Offers & coupons to see active codes and their conditions. Enter a code during checkout. The discount is shown before you pay when the code is valid.
How can I update my address?
Open your profile and use Saved addresses to add or remove a delivery location.
